3. Service Description
Anurak provides legal services focused on pension protection in Thailand. Our three services are:
- Pension Eligibility Review — a review of records to set out entitlements and options (฿2,100 THB)
- Appeal of Reduced or Withheld Benefits — preparation and management of formal appeals (฿5,700 THB)
- Representation Before Pension Authorities — attendance and representation at meetings and hearings (฿3,600 THB)
Services are available to individuals in Thailand and are conducted primarily in Bangkok. Remote consultations may be arranged by agreement.
4. Engagement and Payment
An engagement is formed when Anurak provides a written confirmation of the scope and fee, and you confirm your acceptance. Work does not commence until this is complete.
Fees are fixed per service as stated above, in Thai Baht (THB). Payment terms and preferred method will be confirmed in writing at engagement. All fees are payable in full before or as agreed at the start of each service, unless otherwise stated in your written engagement confirmation.
If additional work is required beyond the agreed scope, Anurak will notify you and agree any additional fee before proceeding. We do not undertake out-of-scope work without prior written agreement.
5. Your Responsibilities
To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

7. Disclaimers
Our website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice. Legal advice is provided only through a formal engagement.
The outcome of pension appeals and hearings depends on many factors outside our control, including the decisions of Thai pension authorities. We provide professional analysis and representation but do not make assurances about results. Each matter is assessed on its own merits and advised on honestly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Anurak's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of pension income, unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not responsible for decisions made by pension authorities or government bodies.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. If you end the engagement after work has commenced, fees for work completed to that point are payable in proportion to the fixed fee. Anurak may also end an engagement where you have provided materially inaccurate information or where continuing the engagement would breach our professional obligations.
These Terms survive termination of any specific engagement.
10. Confidentiality

We do not share client information with third parties except as required to perform the service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how personal data is handled.
